Human Resource Manager
The Human Resource Manager will contribute to the development and accomplishment of the organization-wide business plan and objectives.

Primary responsibilities include management of employee relations, benefits administration, processing and tracking employee attendance and leave programs, recruitment and hiring for all departments, employee on-boarding, facilitating ongoing and annual training, organizational development plans, performance reviews and policies, team building training, compliance with state and federal regulations, and reward and recognition development.

A minimum of 5 years progressive human resource experience, excellent communication skills and Excel experience required.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Certification
SPHR or PHR preferred
