Inbound Sales Manager-Westbrook

Are you a natural born leader with outstanding sales ability? Do you know the direct response industry and thrive in its fast-paced sales environment? Are you a hands-on manager who knows how to coach, problem-solve and motivate salespeople to meet and exceed goals?

You could be the right candidate to provide leadership and direction for our inbound sales center in Westbrook.

This position reports directly to the company Founder and CEO. The Sales Manager works directly with veteran and new inbound sales representatives to ensure adherence to our proven sales process and achieve sales goals. You’ll provide one-on-one coaching and call analysis, group leadership, motivation and standards for accountability. You’ll be responsible for the sales performance and service of our largest call center and be rewarded with a handsome compensation package for helping us to advance our sales efforts demonstrably.

Our Sales Managers are leaders in our company, whose voices are heard and valued. They are experienced leaders who are themselves excellent salespeople and role models for success. 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years direct response call center management experience
  • Proven sales track record
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Solid analytic and data reporting skills
  • Proficiency with MS Excel
